Our methodology is characterised by a profound social engagement triggered by the belief that art is a cultural practice with strong political and social values. 

 

We develop cross-cutting projects that promote the role of the community and the territory through research, critical awareness and collaborative practices. We include other projects and interventions involving local agents, schools, artists and citizens who help to deepen the knowledge of the issues.

 

We work in a local context to activate actions that allow to face discussions and researches on the social and ecological transformations of the territory.

 

The importance of interaction leads to the creation of participatory events and workshops with citizens that offer a platform to share the research process and the end result.

 

The goal of the projects that Luna and Silvia undertake is always to increase awareness of contemporary critical issues by offering a multidisciplinary approach suitable for a wide audience and linking artistic processes to other disciplines. 

 

In the last 4 years we have collaborated with territorial and institutional agents of the district of Sant Andreu, Barcelona, Museums and civic centers of Barcelona, which have allowed us to create an important network for our research projects.
